The Pasley Group is a fully established 501(c)3 nonprofit with a singular, disruptive mission: to eliminate market-driven pricing in favor of a true 25% Income-Based Housing Rental Program.
The housing crisis in Atlanta as well as the rest of the Metro Area has reached a tipping point where the “market rate” is no longer a viable metric for our workforce. While the City has made historic strides with their housing initiatives, a critical gap remains for the “missing middle”- the wage earners making $25,000 to $55,000 who are often priced out of stability.
Currently, most renters in this $12–$27/hour wage bracket are spending 40% to 65% of their take-home pay on housing. This is unsustainable. Our model ensures that whether a tenant occupies a "starter studio" or a four-bedroom unit, their rent is fixed at exactly 25% of their salary. We are building a world where the workforce—our teachers, service workers, and entry-level professionals—never spend more than a quarter of their hard-earned income on a safe and comfortable place to live.
To accelerate our momentum and scale to this reality across the Metro Area, we are seeking Funding for us to own of our properties and implement our program for assured success and longevity.
